Thinking about learning to dance?

Did you know you can burn as many calories dancing as you can walking, swimming or riding a bike? 

During a half hour of sustained dancing you can burn between 200 & 400 calories.  Dancing is also great for cardiovascular & building strong bones & muscles.

Dancing is a great way of making new friends & it will make you smile!

Detailed below are class details for Adults, whether you choose to join a group class or would prefer one-to-one tuition we have something to suit everyone;

Friday Nights

5.30pm - 8.00pm      Private Lessons* (by appointment)

8.00pm - 9.00pm      Beginners/Intermediate Ballroom & Latin Class             

*Call for details of the next 6 week Beginners Course - these run regularly throughout the year

9.00pm - 10.00pm     Private Lessons* (by appointment)
